SHIPPING POLICY

SharpSimFreer ships the next business day from the time your payment has cleared. We ship to Europe, North America, Central America, South America, Asia, Africa, Australia, and to the rest of the world.

We try our best to ship your order the same day that the payment clears. Once your order is shipped you maybe will receive tracking information to the e-mail address you provided.

We ship by DHL, Fedex. 2 working days to USA, Canada, Germany, 2-5 working days Global.
 

RETURN POLICY

Our SharpSimFreer has 30 days Warrant and Repair, We do not provide refunds. We only accept returns on defective items and we will ship you a brand new one of the item you ordered. We generally take one day to inspect your item for defects before shipping a replacement. You may contact us via our contact page and we will try our best to assist you with any problems or if necessary assist you in having the defective product shipped to us.


PAYMENT POLICY

We accept credit card payments, PayPal, and Western Union payments. Payment through credit card is fast, simple and security through PayPal. PayPal uses 128 bit SSL encryption which is the industry standard for on-line credit card payments. You do not need a PayPal account to pay us with your credit card. You do not need to create a PayPal account if you do not wish to. Just fill in the information required by PayPal and you can pay without a PayPal account and without creating one.
For bulk order the payment should be Western Union or Bank TT. The Western Union is fastest way to transfer money.
Normally, Your local Post Office is the Agent of Western Union.
